Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Sign in, open the delivered order under My Orders, and select Request Return. Contact us if you need assistance.
2. We will arrange a return collection from your address. A collection fee of SAR 25 + VAT will be charged.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, an owner approves the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After approval, please allow 7-10 business days for a credit or debit card refund to appear, depending on your bank. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Items with removed tags will not be accepted for return. Sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement at our expense.
