Returns and Exchanges

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at sales@bwmc.ae with your order number.
2. We will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra cost.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit or debit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, simply mention it when you initiate your return. We will ship the replacement at no additional charge, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are washed, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Sale items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a priority replacement at our expense.
